for only 6-12 i would recomend a cheap 200-250€ setup like this for 9-12 clients:

but for ~50€ more you can also get a 18 client pc.

also change for ~20€ more the mainboard to maybe this Asus Prime H310M-K Mainboard Sockel 1151 (mATX, Intel H310, DDR4 Speicher, 6Gbit/s SATA, USB 3.1 Gen1)

the 8gb ram are enouth if you add a better ssd or add a second 8 gb ram.

I currently have i5 8400 and it handle pretty hard 18 clients,all on hide.
No dedicated gpu and most of game effects disabled from config.
A pair of 16gb rams.
It does pretty well for the price..

PS: back in the past,i succesfully used g4560 and a pair of 8gb ram and handled well(i only used facebook,yt meanwhile)but no more! For 6 clients ram usage is mostly 5.6-6gb(after windows reserved memory '2-3gb') ! could handle yet a few...but cpu couldn't.
