I have three computer and all of them works from 1 to 6.accounts. after 7th, no I get this error. I disabled my proxifier but didn't work. I can join all of my accounts on gameforge portal but on m2bob panel not.
edit: I can join my accounts on gameforge portal while proxifier open but even if I do not open proxifier I cannot open after 7th client on m2bob on all of my three computers. I restart my internet connection twice but I couldn't.

@Slait some accounts are not logging in some of them do. This is the error we encountered . "Error getting login information for account Try disabling your VPN is case you are using one or change your IP Adress. You only need todo this for the first login per account" but i think it's not about ip vpn or proxy whatever.

even if i close proxifier, and start clients without vpn, i get this error

same. I was able to log in one Account with Proxi. All other, error. With or without proxy/vpn.

Same error even if I try new IP/proxy .. nothing helps there.

its strange because for me bot works 100% good.... am i the only person like that?

EDIT: sry, it workd 100% only for new accounts. On old accounts i have still this bug like you guys
